Notice of Blackout Period

ONE Investor is establishing a “blackout period” for Legal List portfolio transactions from July 2 – 10, 2020. During that time, we will be “cleaning up” all the movements related to Prudent Investor funds for our Founding Municipalities.

HISA transactions are not impacted and will continue during this period.

As a result of the “blackout period”, CIBC Mellon - ONE’s custodian will not be accepting Legal List transaction instructions during this time and will resume normal operations on July 13, 2020.

Daily NAV’s will continue to be calculated on these portfolios during the blackout period regardless, as there will continue to be corporate actions at the portfolio level.
